The dual-core development board includes a bottom board, processors and an experimental operation panel. The processors include an ARM processor and a DSP processor connected with each other. An output terminal of the ARM processor is connected to a display. An output terminal of the DSP processor is connected to a motor control module. Serial ports of the ARM processor and the DSP processor are connected with an IO expanding port. The experimental operation panel includes a first experiment operation panel connected with the ARM processor and a second experiment operation panel connected with the DSP processor.
