Zusammenfassung: | A temperature sensor for preventing oil leakage comprises a cable which is composed of a wire core and an insulating layer. One end of the cable is fixedly connected with a probe. The probe comprises a metal pipe which is sleeved on an insulating layer at one end of the cable. The metal pipe is internally provided with a thermosensitive resistor which is electrically connected with the wire core. A first annular groove is rolled on the outer circumference of the metal pipe. The other end of the cable is fixedly connected with a metal protecting sleeve which sleeves the insulating layer. One end of the wire core is electrically connected with electrical elements in a terminal box. The metal protecting sleeve is internally provided with a rubber layer. A second annular groove is rolled on the outer circumference of the metal protecting sleeve. The annular grooves provided by the utility model respectively cause closer contact between insulating layer in the metal pipe and the metal protecting sleeve and the wire core, thereby preventing clearance between the insulating layer and the wire core, preventing oil leakage into the cable from a part between the insulating layer and the metal pipe and a part between the insulating layer and the metal protecting sleeve, preventing fire disaster caused by oil leakage into the electrical elements because of capillarity, and eliminating potential hazard. |
