Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a monitoring device for fixing a clinometer. The monitoring device comprises a cuboid box body and an upper cover covering the box body, wherein the upper cover of the monitoring device also comprises a solar cell panel embedded above the upper cover; a solar cell panel fixing hole for fixing the solar cell panel is also formed in the upper cover of the monitoring device; and blocking slots for limiting the solar cell panel are formed in four corners of the upper cover of the monitoring device. The solar cell panel is embedded into the upper cover of the monitoring device for fixing the clinometer; the monitoring device for fixing the clinometer and a machine case are integrated, so that installation by using an upright post is not needed; and solar cell panel lead holes are formed in the upper cover, so that complicated and confused leads are avoided, and maintenance is facilitated.
