Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a hearth side wall of an oxygen enrichment side-blown converter. A wall body is divided into four layers from a hearth to the exterior. The inner layer close to the hearth is formed by laying high temperature refractory bricks. The second layer is formed by laying clay bricks. The third layer is filled with ramming materials. The outmost layer is made of heat preservation materials for heat preservation. In order to stabilize a converter body copper water jacket and prevent the portion where the copper water jacket is combined with the side wall from leaking, a sealing layer formed by high alumina refractory castable is arranged at the upper portion of the side wall. The side wall is long in service life, and due to the matching of the refractory materials, melt inside the hearth can be effectively prevented from being laterally leaked; the cost is low, and no coil base water jackets with the high price are adopted; the heat preservation effect is good, the temperature inside the hearth can be effectively maintained, and stable operation of the side-blown converter is ensured. |
