Zusammenfassung: | The utility model aims to provide a self-adaption dual-sealing steel ball clamping underwater pipeline coupling. A spherical base body has three rotation freedom degrees relative to an outer cavity of the base body. When two pipelines with the axes being not overlapped completely are connected, the relative position of the spherical base body and the outer cavity of the base body is adjusted to enable the first pipeline and the second pipeline to be placed into a first spherical cage and a second spherical cage smoothly and the tail ends of the pipelines to reach a pipeline thrust face, a nut on a double-end bolt is fastened, and a flange ring and the outer cavity of the base body are tightly pressed on the spherical face of the spherical base body under the effect of axial force, so that the relative position of the spherical base body and the outer cavity of the base body is fixed; meanwhile, metal seal rings are tightly pressed on the spherical face of the spherical base body under the effect of axial force, so that reliable sealing of the spherical base body and the outer cavity of the base body is realized. The self-adaption dual-sealing steel ball clamping underwater pipeline coupling can realize connection of two pipelines with the inclination angle between the axes being +/-10 degrees. |
