The modular exhaust system comprises a brick piece, an insertion object located in the brick piece and a funnel, wherein the funnel is used for guiding the exhaust gas to pass through various flowing paths so that the exhaust gas can be treated. The modular exhaust system can provide a more efficient, compact and reliable mode to reduce undesired emissions released to the atmosphere.
