A solid powder loading dust collection system used for cleaner production comprises a plurality of stock bins erected on the upper portion and a supporting platform on the lower portion. The bottom of each stock bin is provided with a discharging port and a valve, and a first dust collection connector and a valve are arranged near the discharging port of each stock bin and connected with a first dust collection pipeline. Guide rails are fixed to the upper portion of the platform, and a compartment dust collection hood is connected to the lower portion of the platform through a plurality of unloading ports and valves. A traveling receiving trolley is arranged on the guide rails, the height of the traveling receiving trolley can be controlled through lifting, the top of the traveling receiving trolley is provided with a receiving port and a second dust collection connector, the lower portion of the traveling receiving trolley is provided with an emptying port and a valve, and the compartment dust collection hood is connected with the first dust collection pipeline through a third dust collection connector and a valve. Compared with the prior art, the solid powder loading dust collection system is reasonable in design, convenient to operate, low in cost, safe and stable, the efficiency of loading operation can be greatly improved through the system, the working intensity of workers is reduced, dust pollution is greatly reduced, and physical health of the workers is guaranteed.
