Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a numerical control four-roller rubber refining machine which comprises a stander, a roller, a speed reducing device and a motor, wherein two ends of the roller are mounted on the stander through bearing pedestals; numerical control distance adjustment devices are mounted on bearing pedestals at two ends of three movable rotary drums; the motor is connected with the input end of the speed reducing device; the output end of the speed reducing device is meshed with gears of the roller through an output shaft gear; the gears of the roller are meshed through idling wheels mounted on the stander; a scraper device is arranged on the roller. According to the numerical control four-roller rubber refining machine, an arrangement mode of the gears is changed; the gears of the roller move along the transverse direction in a roller space adjustment process to get away from or get close to meshing points of the gears; two center distances are increased by 0.05mm at the maximum adjustment of 40mm, so that the meshing of the gears is not affected, and the roller space can be adjusted; the structure of the whole machine adopts subsection assembling, and the subsection type structure of the whole machine is easy to process and assemble; the electric energy can be saved, and the production cost is lowered; the roller space adjustment and the scraper adjustment are changed into numerical control; compared with the conventional extensive control mode, the numerical control is precise.
