Zusammenfassung:The utility model belongs to the technical field of servo tool turrets, and especially discloses a servo tool turret cutter locking and loosening signal detection mechanism. A tool turret is internally provided with a duplex gear disk which can be driven by a hydraulic mechanism to move in an axial direction, an annular groove is disposed in the middle of the duplex gear disk, a left proximity switch and a right proximity switch are arranged on a switch installation plate of the tool turret, the lower end of the left proximity switch is in conductive coordination with the wall face of the duplex gear disk at the left side of the annular groove while the lower end of the right proximity switch is in conductive coordination with the wall face of the duplex gear disk at the right side of the annular groove, and the upper parts of the left proximity switch and the right proximity switch are electrically connected with a controller through leads. According to the servo tool turret cutter locking and loosening signal detection mechanism, the reliability of the tool turret is raised, both the two switches can receive signals during tool changing of the tool turret, and the system performs a tool changing action only when receiving a correct signal. Through the signal interlocking relation of the two switches, cutter collision caused by tool turret misoperation when the received signal is incorrect is effectively prevented. The safety of manual operation is also raised.
