The magnetic powder brake, the speed reducer and the motor are fixed on the operation table. The magnetic powder brake, the rotation torque sensor, the speed reducer and the motor are connected with one another through the shaft coupling. A to-be-tested electric power assisted steering system is connected with the testing device through the clamping device and is fixed on the operation table. The desk type testing device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, high in automatic degree, safe, practical, and low in experimental cost. The rotation speed and the loading force are adjustable at will. The generated analog quantity is high in fidelity. The visual effect is excellent. The magnitude of torque can be controlled in a non-polar mode by adjusting exciting current, and the torque control range is wide.
