Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides an oil-gas separation structure and a cylinder head protection cover assembly. The oil-gas separation structure comprises a shell, an oil return part and at least one oil-gas separation assembly. The shell is of a closed structure and comprises a top plate and a bottom plate which are oppositely arranged. An inlet and an oil return hole which make the shell communicated with the outside world are formed in the bottom plate. The oil return part and the bottom plate are fixed to and connected with the oil return hole in a bearing mode. The oil-gas separation assemblies are fixed into the shell and located between the inlet and the oil return hole. Each oil-gas separation assembly comprises a small hole plate, a tooth-shaped plate and an oil baffle. A gas-oil mixture sequentially passes through the small hole plates, the tooth-shaped plates and the oil baffles. Through holes are formed in each small hole plate. Straight teeth are arranged on each tooth-shaped plate and face towards the corresponding through holes. The oil-gas separation structure is good in oil-gas separation effect, and the oil leaking amount of the oil-gas separation structure is greatly reduced.
