The micro-porous graphite radiating membrane comprises a bearing membrane with micro pores, wherein the bearing membrane is one of a PET membrane, a PI membrane and a PC membrane; a graphite coating which is formed by coating, extruding and drying graphite slurry is arranged on the surface of the bearing membrane; the micro pores are tapered pores; the graphite coating is partly or completely filled in the micro pores. The micro-porous graphite radiating membrane disclosed by the utility model has the advantages of being good in gas permeability, better in radiating performance, very small in thickness, flexible in application way and good in controllability.
