The treatment device comprises a tank body, wherein the bottom of the tank body is connected with a water inlet pipe; the upper end of the tank body is connected with a water outlet pipe; the inside of the tank body is sequentially provided with a primary sandstone filtering layer, a microbiological adsorption layer, filter cloth and a granular active carbon adsorption layer from bottom to top; the microbiological adsorption layer is provided with a sphere with microorganisms attached on the surface. The treatment device has the following beneficial effects that defects such as high cost, complex operation, difficulty in treating low-concentration wastewater and the like existing in the traditional metal ion removal method are overcome; due to the adoption of a microbiological treatment way and a multistage filtration and adsorption way, the treated water reaches to the recycling standard; meanwhile, potential heavy metal resources are recovered.
