The fixed base is installed on the moving base, the bottom of the rotation tower is installed on the fixed base through a main slewing bearing, a horizontal beam is supported by the rotation tower, the top of the beam part in the front of the horizontal beam supports a horizontal spiral, the back of the horizontal beam is provided with a balance weight, a double-vertical spiral is hinged to the front end of the horizontal spiral, and a material taking head is hinged and clamped to the lower end of the double-vertical spiral.
