The spun-bond embossed punched non-woven fabric comprises at least one PET (polyethylene terephthalate) layer, at least one polypropylene layer, at least one polyethylene layer, a polymer resin layer and two hydrophilic unsaturated resin layers, wherein the difference of fiber carding directions among the layers is 90 degrees; the spun-bond embossed punched non-woven fabric sequentially comprises the PET layer, the polypropylene layer, the polyethylene layer, the polypropylene layer, the polyethylene layer, the polypropylene layer, the PET layer, the polymer resin layer, the hydrophilic unsaturated resin layer, the polypropylene layer, the polyethylene layer, the PET layer and the hydrophilic unsaturated resin layer from top to bottom, and all the layers are compounded together by virtue of hot rolling.
