The multi-layer vibration physical screening machine comprises a sliding screening mesh and a double-layer whirling screening device which are installed on a frame and a rack respectively. The sliding screening mesh is obliquely installed on a sliding guide rail of the rack and can linearly move in a reciprocating mode along the guide rail, a beating mechanism is located between double screening meshes of the double-layer whirling screening device, a beating rod on a rotating shaft of the beating mechanism beats the vibration screening meshes in an auxiliary mode so that the solid mixture can efficiently and fast penetrate through the screening meshes. The frame is located on the bottommost portion, the rack is installed on the frame below the rack through a damping mechanism, a material collecting disc is located below the double-layer whirling screening device and installed on the frame, a material collecting box is fixedly installed on the portion, in the front of the screening machine, of the frame and divided into material storing chambers for materials different in grain size through material guiding partition plates, and the different material storing chambers are provided with different discharging doors. The solid mixture can be effectively screened and can be physically screened according to the grain size, and the multi-layer vibration physical screening machine is high in efficiency, low in labor intensity and cost and wide in application range.
