The steam heat exchanger comprises a heat exchanger body and a preheating heat exchanger, wherein the heat exchanger body comprises an air inlet, an air outlet, a steam inlet and an exhausted steam outlet; the preheating heat exchanger consists of a casing and a radiator arranged in the casing; a cold air inlet, a preheated air outlet, an exhausted steam inlet and a final exhausted steam outlet are arranged on the casing of the preheating heat exchanger; a medium inlet and a medium outlet of the radiator are integrated with the exhausted steam inlet and the final exhausted steam outlet of the casing respectively; the preheated air outlet of the preheating heat exchanger is in pipeline connection with the air inlet of the heat exchanger body; and the exhausted steam inlet of the preheating heat exchanger is in pipeline connection with the exhausted steam outlet of the heat exchanger body. With the adoption of the heat exchanger, the speed at which cold air is heated to reach the standard can be increased on the premise that no energy consumption is increased additionally, so that the drying operation time is shortened; besides, the heat exchange efficiency is substantially improved, so that the energy consumption can be reduced to a certain extent on the premise that the cold air is heated to reach the standard. |
