The system further comprises a vibrator accommodated in the housing, and the vibrator is arranged on the side of the radiator corresponding to the fan and is located between the radiator and the fan. When the vibrator operates, the vibrator vibrates between the radiator and the fan and removes dusts or debris clinging to the fan through vibrations, and the dusts are blew out of the housing through the fan.
