Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a peeling knife which comprises a knife handle (1) and a knife body (2), wherein a circular arc-shaped knife point (3) is formed on one side of a knife edge (4) at the front end of the knife body (2); sawteeth (5) are formed in one side edge of the knife body (2) while the sawteeth (5) and the knife point (3) are not on the same side of the knife body (2). The peeling knife can be used for peeling a disc trunk sample. A user can open bark of the disc trunk sample only with the peeling knife before peeling the disc trunk sample; then the bark is prized with the circular arc-shaped knife point to prevent the peeling knife from being inserted into the bark.
