Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to an air-removed filter. The air-removed filter comprises a shell, a filter screen device and an air relief valve, wherein the shell is provided with an inlet and an outlet; the inlet and the outlet are communicated with a filter cavity formed inside the shell; the air relief valve comprises a valve body fixedly connected with the shell; the valve body is provided with a gas outlet and a liquid and gas inlet; the gas outlet and the liquid and gas inlet are communicated with an accommodating cavity formed inside the valve body; the liquid and gas inlet is formed in the filter cavity, and is communicated with the filter cavity; a floating ball which can change positions along with the height of the gas-liquid interface inside the filter cavity is placed inside the accommodating cavity; the diameter of the floating ball is greater than the inner diameter of the gas outlet. According to the air-removed filter, the air relief valve adopts a floating ball check valve, and the floating ball completely relies on the buoyancy force to move; the air relief valve dose not comprise a connecting rod actuating mechanism, is simple in structure and free of rustiness, and is prevented from immovability because of clamping stagnation of impurities; the floating ball is restricted into the accommodating cavity, and the air relief valve is free of error actions and stable and reliable in operation even if a ship is in a shaky operation environment.
