Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the utility model is a device having a top-emitting organic light emitting device (OLED) structure. An anode, an organic function layer, and a cathode are mainly and successively prepared on a silicon wafer substrate, thereby forming a TEOLED structure. An arc or tower-shaped substrate texturing surface is formed on the silicon wafer substrate, so that a non-planarization structure is formed on the silicon wafer substrate surface; a TEOLED is manufactured on the substrate texturing surface, wherein the surface roughness RMS of the substrate texturing surface is less than 1 micron. According to the technical scheme, the traditional planarization substrate structure is changed and the interface graphical technology being conductive to light transmission is employed, and thus the uneven rolling landform is formed on the silicon wafer substrate surface. Therefore, the light extraction efficiency can be improved; the external quantum efficiency of the OLED can be enhanced; the visual angle is increased; and the microcavity effect is reduced. In addition, different from the traditional glass substrate, the provided silicon wafer substrate can be combined with the matured integrated circuit technology, thereby realizing the great advantage. |
