The automatic rapid detection system comprises a reaction reagent bottle (1), an eluant bottle (2), a water sample bottle (3), a flow injection analyser (14), a combined module (6), an ion exchange column (8), a reaction coiled tube (9) and a detector (10), wherein the flow injection analyser (14) mainly comprises a pump A (4), a pump B (5) and a multi-channel valve (7); the reaction reagent bottle is connected with the multi-channel valve via the pump A through a pipeline, the water sample bottle is connected with the multi-channel valve via the pump B through a pipeline, the eluant bottle is connected with the inlet of the combined module via the pump A through a pipeline, the multi-channel valve is connected with the other inlet of the combined module through a pipeline, the outlet of the combined module is connected with the inlet of the reaction coiled tube through a pipeline, the outlet of the reaction coiled tube is connected with the detector through a pipeline, and the inlet and the outlet of the ion exchange column are connected with the multi-channel valve through a pipeline respectively.
