Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a speed variator of a combined type motor vehicle. The speed variator comprises a power output shaft, a first power supply, a first clutch, a second power supply, a second clutch and a control unit. When the vehicle runs, the control unit is used for receiving a vehicle speed signal and controlling a state that the first clutch is selectively connected with the first power supply or the second clutch is selectively connected with the second power supply. The speed variator has the advantages of providing efficient power supplies to the vehicle and being excellent in acceleration capability; a driver can cope with low-speed, middle-speed and high-speed vehicle speed ranges in a drive gear, so that the purpose of seamless acceleration is achieved.
