Zusammenfassung: | A hydraulic dynamic secondary cooling water size cutting controller comprises a valve block; a first guide rod and a second guide rod penetrate through through holes in two sides of the valve block; a piston rod of an oil cylinder penetrates through the middle of the valve block; one side of a connection plate, the first guide rod, the second guide rod and a piston rod handle are combined integrally; the other side of the connection plate is connected with a spraying frame; the oil cylinder is provided with a first oil hole communicated with a rod cavity; the oil cylinder is provided with a second oil hole communicated with a piston cavity; when pressure oil enters the rod cavity from the first oil hole, the piston rod is pushed to drive the connection plate, the first guide rod and the guide rod to be retracted; piston cavity oil flows out from the second oil hole; when the pressure oil enters the piston cavity from the second oil hole, the piston rod is pushed to drive the connection plate, the first guide rod and the second guide rod to extend; rod cavity oil flows out from the first oil hole; a displacement sensor and the oil cylinder are integrally connected by threads. The spraying range and angle of secondary cooling water are changed in real time by moving the spraying frame, overcooled edges and corners of a plank are obviously reduced in casting of thick plates, and corner transverse cracking is avoided. |
