The oxygen-enriched side blowing furnace is characterized in that a siphoning chamber is formed in the outer part of a furnace cylinder; the furnace cylinder and the siphoning chamber are partitioned by a copper water jacket partition wall; the bottom of the furnace cylinder is 200-500mm higher than the bottom of the siphoning chamber; a metal siphoning port, a slag overflow port, a slag safety port, a sulfonium safety port and a metal safety port are formed in the side of the siphoning chamber; a slag-sulfonium siphoning port is formed in the outer end wall of the siphoning chamber; the height of an outlet of a siphoning channel is consistent with the height of the slag safety port; a lower heating port is formed in a first copper water jacket on the furnace cylinder close to the siphoning chamber and used for blowing combustible gas and oxygen-enriched air into a melting pool, stirring
