The grating signal collection module (1) is connected with a signal arrangement module (2). The signal arrangement module (2) is provided with two paths of output, one path is connected with an analog-to-digital conversion module (3), and the other path is connected with a square wave conversion module (4). The analog-to-digital conversion module (3) is connected with a microprogrammed control unit (MCU). The square wave conversion module (4) is connected with a field programmable gate array (FPGA) chip. The FPGA chip is in bilateral connection with the MCU. The MCU is connected with a USB interface module (5). The adaptive card can utilizes a cheap grating scale to achieve high-resolution measurement, so that hardware cost is recued; and as requirements for grating scribed lines are low, a previous digital display mode is completely changed, |
