The device comprises an air inlet pipeline, a diffusion section and a reaction chamber which are sequentially arranged and connected from bottom to top in a vertical direction, wherein an air flow distribution device is arranged inside the reaction chamber and located below the spray gun, so that the air flow flows more vertically upwards when the air flow passing through the air flow distribution device reaches the position of the spray gun, the planar speed is more uniform, and the relatively large atomized droplets which cannot be driven by the hot air can be also subjected to sublimation decomposition by virtue of firstly downwards moving to enter the air flow distribution device, and then driven by vertical and upward hot air flow with an uniform velocity to upwards move and to be decomposed.
