Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a welding and fitting tool for T-type studs. The welding and fitting tool comprises first bosses arranged on a bottom plate in a line and a row. Second bosses, circular-shaped, are arranged on the first bosses and have external diameters in clearance fit with an internal diameter of an outer cylinder of a welding gun head. The height of each second boss is larger than the height between the end surface of the outer cylinder of the welding gun head and an electrode end surface. The center of each second boss is provided with a cylindrical hole which is used for accommodating a T-type stud and disposed in a same axis with each second boss. The welding and fitting tool for the T-type studs has following beneficial effects: problems such as poor fitting of the T-type studs and proneness of burning a welding gun are resolved and avoided; post-welding precision of the T-type studs is improved; and fitting efficiency of the welding gun is further increased.
