The cleaning and drying device comprises a cleaning box (1) at the front end, a drying box (2) at the rear end and a delivery mechanism (3) crossing the interiors of the cleaning box (1) and the drying box (2), wherein two ends of the delivery mechanism (3) are respectively coupled with the front end of the cleaning box (1) and the rear end of the drying box (2); the delivery mechanism (3) comprises two delivery shafts (3.1) capable of rotating synchronously in the same direction; the two delivery shafts (3.1) are in the same length and parallelly mounted. The cleaning and drying device has a simple structure, can realize single-row and single-line rotary transmission function of workpieces and is high in cleaning efficiency.
