By adopting the device, generation of floating slag layers is prevented, the release of the biogas is facilitated, and thus the total biogas capacity is increased, and meanwhile the effective volume of the fermentation tank is increased. Because of the stirring, the accumulation of volatile organic acid is reduced, and the conversion of organic acid to methanol is accelerated.
