Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a continuous preparation device for powdery MES particles. The continuous preparation device comprises a high-shearing reactor (4), a flash dryer (5), a cyclone separation device (6), a bag-type dust remover and a draught fan which are sequentially communicated through a pipeline, wherein the high-shearing reactor is horizontally arranged and respectively provided with an acid ester inlet (1-2), a powder inlet (1-1), an air inlet (1-3) and a material outlet (1-4) communicated with the flash dryer; the housing of the flash dryer is a vertically mounted cylinder, a mixed gas outlet is formed in the top of the cylinder, and a material inlet is formed in the bottom of the cylinder and communicated with a material outlet of a high-speed shearer.
