The airtight packing case comprises a case body, wherein the file cylinder is arranged on one wall of the case body and comprises a cylinder body for storing carried files, the cylinder body is provided with a blind end inserted in the case body and an open end located outside the case body, and a supporting structure is arranged on the cylinder body. The airtight packing case is compact in overall structural design, and a user can store and take out the carried files without opening the case while the airtightness is guaranteed. The problem that files are inconvenient to carry by existing packing cases is solved.
