The special-shaped aluminium alloy seamless square tube extrusion die comprises a die body and is characterized in that a needle point of an extrusion needle is inserted in the die body; the needle point is combined with the die body to form a cavity which is of a product shape; the extrusion needle is arranged in an extrusion cylinder and an extrusion rod is arranged at the tail end of the extrusion needle; an extrusion cushion is arranged at the front end of the extrusion rod; the extrusion cylinder is filled with an extrusion sheared billet. The aluminium alloy production die has a simple structure; a product is not provided with welding seams; the aluminium alloy production die has uniform and stable tissue performance, is not provided with cracks after being flared or flattened, and can be used as a bearing structural part and the like.
