The light emitting device comprises a substrate, an LED chip arranged on the lower surface of the substrate, a light reflection component and an optical component. Observed from the LED chip, the light reflection component is allocated on the lower portion or one side, the other side is open, and the face opposite to the LED chip is a reflection face. The optical component is used for downwards guiding light emitted by the LED chip and reflected by the light reflection component.
