Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a grease production line which comprises a pulverizer, a wok, a squeezing device, a phospholipid removal device and a dehydration device arranged in sequence, wherein the phospholipid removal device comprises a hydration pot A and a hydration pot B; the grease outlets of the hydration pot A and hydration pot B are connected with a centrifuge A and a centrifuge B respectively; the outlets of the centrifuge A and centrifuge B are connected in parallel and then communicated with an oil storage tank A; an outlet of the oil storage tank A is communicated with a centrifuge C. Oil is subjected to pulverization, cooking and squeezing to produce crude oil, and the crude oil after hydration is further subjected to centrifugation treatment twice. The phospholipid removal speed is high, and the effect is better.
