The locating device comprises an axial movement part (1) and a radial movement part (2), wherein a lower end cover (11) of the axial movement part (1) is fixedly connected with a support (21) of the radial movement part (2) through a fastening member. According to the locating device, the problems of low precision and low efficiency when a manual aligning method is adopted for locating a rotary center for ensuring the machining precision in the machining process of a conventional rotary support product are solved.
