A metal sheet leveling machine comprises a frame, a power device and a leveling device. The power device comprises a motor and a gear box. The leveling device comprises a drive gear, pad rollers and a leveling roller. A traction device is mounted at the front end of the leveling device and comprises a traction roller and a pressing roller. Two ends of the rotary shaft of the pressing roller are provided with a pressure spring and a pressure adjusting rod. A drive gear is mounted on the shaft head of the traction roller, a driven gear is mounted on the shaft head of the pressing roller, and the drive gear is engaged with the driven gear and is connected to the gear box. According to the technical scheme, the traction device and the leveling device are assembled to equipment, the investment of independent leveling equipment can be saved, the operating procedures during production are further reduced, the producing efficiency is improved, and the producing cost is lowered.
