The engine plateau test simulation device employing intake-exhaust bypassing comprises an engine intake tube, a fan, and an air duct. The fan is a high-pressure fan. Total intake of the engine intake tube is controlled to be not smaller than the fourfold of maximum intake of an engine. Engine intake-exhaust bypassing is achieved by connecting the engine intake tube and an exhaust tube and serially connecting a one-way valve to the joint of the intake and exhaust tubes.
