The stirring device is characterized by comprising a stuffing stirring device in a stuffing stirring hopper of a stuffing mechanism, and a pulp stirring device in a pulp stirring hopper of a pulp mechanism, wherein the stuffing stirring device comprises a first shaft body, a first spiral assembly fixed at the lower part of the first shaft body, and a first blade assembly which is mounted at the upper part of the first shaft body and is adjacent to the first spiral assembly; the first spiral assembly comprises a first shaft sleeve fixedly sleeving the first shaft body, and two first spiral blades which are spirally arranged along the first shaft sleeve, surround the first shaft sleeve in a staggered manner and are integrated with the first shaft sleeve. The stirring device adopts a structure of double spiral blades and double blades and has a uniform stirring effect.
