A high-water-level underground and semi-underground potato storage cavern automatic drainage system is composed of water collection pits distributed in the bottom face of a storage cavern, drainage wells located in the edge of the bottom face of the storage cavern, headrace channels communicating the water collection pits with the drainage wells respectively, and automatic water pumping devices installed in the drainage wells, wherein each automatic water pumping device comprises a drainage pump with a water pumping opening extending to the bottom of the corresponding drainage well, an alternating-current contactor which is connected to a working circuit of the drainage pump, a liquid level controller which is arranged in the corresponding drainage well and used for outputting electric signals, and a control circuit and a drainage pump alternating-current power supply connecting line which are connected between the alternating-current contactor and the liquid level controller.
