The device comprises a gas pump, a high-pressure pipe, an inverted valve, a high-pressure four-way pipe, an air pressure core mold, a pressure relief valve and a pressure regulating gas-pressure meter. The gas pump is connected with the inverted valve through the high-pressure pipe. The other end of the inverted valve is connected with the high-pressure four-way pipe through the high-pressure pipe. The air pressure core mold, the pressure regulating gas-pressure meter and the air pressure core mold are respectively connected with the other three ends of the high-pressure four-way pipe through the high-pressure pipe.
