Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a novel skin ulcer treating device, which relates to the field of medical equipment. The novel skin ulcer treating device comprises a base layer and a luminescent layer. The luminescent layer is composed of LED lamps arranged in matrix. A power parameter controller is arranged in the middle of the base layer and the luminescent layer. The power parameter controller is composed of a control chip and a thyristor. A sensing layer is arranged below the luminescent layer. Six temperature sensors are arranged in the sensing layer. A coating layer is arranged below the sensing layer. A power adapter is arranged below the base layer and is connected with the power parameter controller. The LED lamps of the novel skin ulcer treating device produce infrared light which is irradiated on a wound and can go deep into subcutaneous tissues to carry out bacteria killing and cell repairing. The temperature sensors can detect the temperature of infrared spectra and transmit information to the power
