The blocking device (26) comprises a clamp (28) and a clamping groove (30). The clamp (28) is connected with the first shell (22). The clamping groove (30) is disposed on an outer wall (23) of the second shell (24). The interior of the clamping groove (30) is provided with a maintaining pin (32), and the clamp (28) can be clamped through the maintaining pin (32), so as to lock the blocking device (26). The clamp (28) is completely accommodated in the clamping groove (30).
