The automobile with the auxiliary air conditioner comprises an automobile body, an automobile storage battery, the air conditioner, a solar panel and a controlling device. The air conditioner is installed at back of a cab of the automobile body, the solar panel is installed on a ceiling of the cab of the automobile body, and the controlling device is installed in the cab and is electrically connected with the automobile storage battery, the air conditioner and the solar panel. Electric energy provided by the solar panel is provided for the automobile storage battery by the controlling device to be stored; the controlling device further responds to air conditioner starting operation, voltage provided by the automobile storage battery is increased to acquire the working voltage of the air conditioner, and the working voltage of the air conditioner is provided for the air conditioner to make the air conditioner start to work.
