Guide holes used for installation of guiding screws are formed in the guide cover plate. The electrical base is arranged between the left side plate and the right side plate and located below the guide cover plate. The guide device further comprises a positioning device enabling axes of screw installation holes in the electrical base and axes of the guide holes to coincide so that the distance between every two holes can be smaller than the length of each screw.
