Zusammenfassung:	A bulk cargo container top cover comprises a top plate, cross beams, longitudinal beams and rectangular feed inlets; the top plate, the cross beam and the longitudinal beam are welded together; the rectangular feed inlets are formed in the top plate; upper covers which are matched with the rectangular feed inlets are hinged to the rectangular feed inlets; C-shaped grooves are formed in the peripheries of the upper covers; sealing rubber strips are formed inside the C-shaped grooves. The bulk cargo container top cover is characterized in that outward flanges are arranged on bending sides of the rectangular feeding inlets to increase the contact area between the rectangular feed inlets and the sealing rubber strips and upward protruding corrugation is arranged on the upper covers to increase the intensity of the upper covers.
