Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a novel corrugated tower plate for extraction. Most sieve plates in traditional extraction towers are evolved from rectifying tower plates, but the liquid-liquid density difference is relatively small and the flow driving force is relatively small, thus causing non-uniformity of flow of the two phases on extraction tower plates, frequent occurrence of bias flow and the phenomenon that fluid horizontally runs through the sieve plates and low extraction efficiency. The corrugated tower plate can achieve cross flow of a continuous phase and a disperse phase in an extraction tower and increase the uniformity of flow of the two phases, thus optimizing the mass transfer effect. The corrugated tower plate comprises a tower plate for extraction, wherein the tower plate is a corrugated plate folded into the shape of isosceles triangle wave, and hole-like channels are formed in the corrugated plate.
