The supporting system and a built-in fitting on a bridge deck are fixedly connected. The walking system is placed on the top of the supporting system and comprises a walking main beam and a walking trolley. The lifting system is arranged on the walking trolley, and the stray cable to be lifted is connected with the lifting system. According to the winding dimensions of the stay cable and the spatial position of the bridge deck, a cantilever type steel hanger construction technology is used for achieving the work for lifting the stay cable on the bridge, and at last smooth mounting of the stay cable is achieved. The safety and the economical efficiency for the stay cable to be lifted on the bridge can be improved, construction efficiency is improved, and construction quality and safety are guaranteed.
