The oil tank comprises a tank body 1, wherein the tank body is divided into N+1 horizontally arranged cavities through N baffle plates 2 (N refers to an integer that is greater than or equal to 1); a breather hole 6 is formed in the upper end of each baffle plate; at least one cavity is provided with an oil filling port 5; magnetic valves 7 used for connecting two adjacent cavities are arranged inside the cavities; power-supply control switches 3 of the magnetic valves are arranged outside the tank body. According to the utility model, when the oil tank is partially damaged, fuel oil is prevented from totally leaking, losses and pollution are reduced, continuous oil supply is ensured and a car can run normally.
