An independent leading-out wire is lead out respectively from the second leading-out end of each core. Through the adoption of the scheme of the utility model, on one hand, problems of capacitor failures when a single core is damaged are avoided; on the other hand, the capacitance of a capacitor access circuit is enabled to be adjustable, and the reliability of the capacitor is raised.
